Langtang Gosainkunda Trek

Langtang Gosaikunda Trek is a remote and spectacular valley trek to Langtang region, with the high mountain pilgrimages lake at Gosainkunda. Visit the beautiful Langtang National park and then trek to the end of the valley to view the wonderful mountains views. Following the Trisuli River north out of Kathmandu, we travel through Trisuli Bazaar and Dhunche to Syabrubensi, a Sherpa village located at the very edge of the Langtang National Park. We then swing east into the Langtang valley, crossing the river several times as we travel up along a gorge-like, lower section of the valley. We pass through oak and rhododendron forests and even cross glacial moraine on our way to the Tamang village of Langtang. Like wise we visit to Kyanjin Gompa within three days of our trek commenced Kyanjin Gompa, we go for surroundings visits such as Monastery, Cheese factory and sherpa village. The holy lake Gosainkunda is sacred among both the Hindus and the Buddhists. The lake is visited every year by thousands of visitors during the full- moon night in August. Langtang Valley is beautiful valley in the world. You will keep walking through variety of tiny village and track of thick forest . The trek becomes beautiful walk through Rhododendron and pine trees where you will see honey hunter Animal , langur Monkey( Seto badar) and waterfallswe will continue walking to reach Gosaikunda. On the way you will pass through Lauribinayak. From here you will have Fantastic view of Langtang Region.

Day 08: Trekking to Singumpa (Chandanbari) (3250m.) 5-6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 09: Trekking to Gosainkunda (4300m.) 6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 10: Trekking back to Singumpa (Chandanbari) (3250m.) 5-6 hours walk, overnight hotel.

Day 11: Trekking back to Dhunche (2030m.) 5-6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 12: Drive back Kathmandu by local bus 12-14, Lancruiser 6-7 hours, overnight hotel.
