Pisang Peak Climbing

Pisang Peak lies roughly in between two gigantic peaks, Annapurna I and Manaslu, both of which are at the height of approximately eight thousands. The trekking path along this route offers great scope for exploration along with stunning scenic views. Climbing Pisang peak is not considered a difficult climb , however it is a high peak with considerable slope , so not to be over simplified. The Pisang Peak rises above from Pisang village and alpine yak pastures in a uniform slope of ice and snow to the snow capped summit . The approach trek for Pisang peak climbing is the popular Annapurna circuit trek till Chame. From Chame we follow the trail to the Pisang village from where the path ascends through alpine woods and yak pastures. We set up the base camp at Kharka at (4,380m). High Camp is set up at (5,400m approx ) on the South-West Ridge. The peak is made up of steeply tilted rocks , the deep slope of which faces the valley below. There will be snow at the high camp from the end of November to the end of March.

Day 14 : Trek to Danaque, overnight at guesthouse.

Day 15 : Trek to Chyamje, overnight at guesthouse.

Day 16 : Trek to Ngadi, overnight at guesthouse.

Day 17 : Trek to Bensisahar, overnight at guesthouse.

Day 18 : Drive back to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
